CHALLENGE
CSAA Insurance needed to be competitive in the mobile native insurance app space.
The Constraints: Working within an extremely complicated brand ecosystem to bring this App to market.

RETRO
While this was one of the most enjoyable projects of my career and represents some of my best work, the harsh reality is that the iOS CSAA Insurance app was a very expensive POC . The phrase
"If you build it, they will come"
comes to mind as a cautionary tale. If you don't bring the business along with you throughout the ENTIRE process (especially a 100 year old organization with complex by-laws and regional boundaries), they likely won't.
